Terms of Service

KGEN provides marketing services for detailing businesses, including advertising campaign setup and management, lead generation, offer and funnel creation, and related consulting. The exact deliverables for each client are agreed in writing before work begins.

Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, such as your pricing, capacity, sales follow-up and local market conditions. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, revenue or return on investment. Any figures, case studies or examples shown on this website are illustrative and are not a promise of results.

Fees, billing cycle and payment method are agreed individually with each client before the engagement starts and are set out in your written agreement or invoice. Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms is separate from our fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Materials we create for you under a paid engagement become yours once paid for. Our underlying frameworks, templates, processes and know-how remain our property. You keep ownership of any brand assets, photos and content you provide to us and confirm you have the right to use them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KGEN is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of Serbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
